Katy Meraz is a duly licensed attorney providing comprehensive legal services to clients throughout Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she studied Economics and received her Bachelor’s Degree. She subsequently received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law.
With a longstanding passion to help those in her community and to support the needs of those who lack adequate access to justice and resources, she pursued a career in personal injury. An experienced trial attorney, she has represented clients in a variety of personal injury matters including 18-wheeler truck accidents, car accidents, UM/UIM claims, wrongful death, work injuries, and premises liability claims. Furthermore, with experience gained from her work at several prominent Mass Torts law firms across Houston, she is well-versed in matters related to pharmaceutical and product liability cases.
